We didn’t have a lifelong dream to open an auto shop. But we did notice a massively broken system and decided we could change it. We come from structured, high-pressure careers outside the auto industry, and then learned car care from the inside out.
Along the way, we watched customers get talked down to and pressured into decisions that didn’t always serve them. The more we saw, the clearer it became: car care needed a better model.
Penelope’s is our way of challenging an auto industry that has taken advantage of people. We’re here to do things differently because our community deserves better.
How We’ll Work Together
Step #1: Free Consultation / Inspection
We’ll take a look at your car, discuss your concerns, and identify the perfect package for you.
Step #2: Virtual Onboarding
Onboarding is fully virtual. You sign the agreement, set up payment, and you’re officially a member.
Step #3. Drop Off Your Car
Or don’t! We’ll pick up your car, leave you a loner, and handle the vehicle inspection to start building up a service history and vehicle records. We’ll handle all the maintenance while you keep running the world.
Tell Your Friends, Fill Your Penny Bank
We love to make the money make sense. When a member refers someone, and they join, both of you get $10 added to your Penny Banks. There’s no cap on how much you can earn, and credits can be applied to monthly dues or future work we do on your car.
